Concrete Finisher
Pay: $30–$40+ per hour based on experience
We’re looking to add an experienced concrete finisher to our crew. Work includes residential flatwork, decorative concrete, and new construction projects throughout St. Croix County and surrounding areas.
Requirements
Proven experience as a concrete finisher (flatwork preferred)
Strong skills in finishing slabs, driveways, patios, sidewalks, and steps
Ability to read forms, grades, and elevations
Experience with bull floating, edging, troweling, and jointing
Comfortable working in fast-paced pours with tight timing
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to perform physically demanding work in all outdoor conditions
Responsibilities
Finish concrete to required flatness, texture, and grade
Perform edging, jointing, and surface finishing (hand and/or machine)
Work alongside form setters and laborers during pours
Monitor slab conditions and adjust finishing timing as needed
Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
Ensure quality control from pour to final finish.
Concrete Laborer
Pay: $25–$35 per hour based on experience
We’re looking for a dependable, hard-working concrete laborer to join our team. We focus on mostly residential, new construction, and decorative concrete throughout St. Croix County and surrounding areas.
Requirements
Concrete labor experience preferred
Experience with residential flatwork (driveways, patios, sidewalks, slabs)
Knowledge of site prep, forming, and rebar installation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
Prepare job sites and compact base
Set and strip forms
Install reinforcement
Assist with pours (raking, screeding, bull float)
Edge, joint, and maintain clean, organized job sites
Work safely and efficiently in outdoor conditions
