Location: Primarily St. Croix County, WI

Pay: $25–$40 per hour (based on experience)

We’re looking for a dependable, hard-working concrete laborer to join our team. We focus on mostly residential, new construction, and decorative concrete throughout St. Croix County and surrounding areas.

Requirements

Concrete labor experience preferred

Experience with residential flatwork (driveways, patios, sidewalks, slabs)

Knowledge of site prep, forming, and rebar installation

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Prepare job sites and compact base

Set and strip forms

Install reinforcement

Assist with pours (raking, screeding, bull float)

Edge, joint, and maintain clean, organized job sites

Work safely and efficiently in outdoor conditions
